Storm Tiger Mountain is a fictional snapshot of a small, poor Russian family living in East Hollywood. The film centers around Jon (12) and his sister Nastya (8). When Jon's mother sends them to the store to buy her cigarettes, the two pass the time on the streets of LA playing hide-and-seek and telling jokes.
